This is a IBM ThinkPad X60 with an Intel Centrino Duo T2300 clocked @ 1.6GHz with 1.5GB of RAM and a SeaGate 500GB 7200RPM HDD.

This laptop does boot into the BIOS just fine, as there’s no OS installed on the hard drive. There’s only two main issues with this laptop. The CMOS definitely needs to be replaced, as it keeps resetting the time, and the battery does not charge at all. I got an aftermarket compatible charger for this unit, and it does not charge the battery at all, the battery indicator quick flashes yellow, so the battery definitely needs to be replaced.

Regarding the physical condition, it is a bit dusty from sitting in storage, but it’s mostly worn on the body and palm rest. The bottom cover is in worser condition, but not seriously damaged, just scratched up.

This laptop can definitely be fixed up, or parted out, as it’s in solid condition that just needs a little bit of work. I would definitely recommend replacing the thermal paste, as this is a almost two decade old laptop. Only comes with an aftermarket chargers. Does not come with any other accessories or any paper work or box.
