This Keychron K8 Japanese layout tenkeyless keyboard with red switches was purchased in late September 2022.
It features RGB backlighting, hot-swappable key switches, and Bluetooth connectivity.
The LED backlighting, primarily used in white, shows no unevenness in brightness.
Both the Bluetooth and keyboard firmware have been updated.
The keyboard has excellent key switch feel and good rigidity due to its aluminum frame and panel-mounted key switches.
There is no sound-absorbing material inside, so strong typing may cause some reverberation.
As an extra, it includes Cherry MX Silent Red RGB switches (purchased from Yushakobo) for the most frequently pressed keys: Esc, Half-width/Full-width, Space, Backspace, Enter, and Delete (see photo 3).
The keycaps have been cleaned but show some slight shine from use, and there is a small scuff on the upper left of the aluminum frame (see photo 4).
All original accessories are included, along with the removed switches.
