Multiple scans performed (double sided) on both machines using the diagnostics software without failure. There were no issues when using the TWAIN driver, but the ISIS driver failed to detect to system. The “self test” was performed on both of the machines touch screens and both passed. There was no jamming present when testing both units. Upon visual inspection, the plastic paper guides on both units appear to have broken off but the units are both functional. Multiple scans using Windows Fax and Scan were tested, the outcome was good.
