Used once. Literally once. Works amazing. Decided to get a new machine after realizing it was the machine and not the drum unit. Will send another used drum unit with it as-well! That one is more used, but works perfectly fine. This drum you are buying has a little bit of yellow toner on it as shown in the picture. Other than that, it looks brand new!
