Item Condition This unit has been tested and found to be fully functional. It is in excellent condition with little to no signs of use from processing. It may have up to 2500 hours of use time. The Ergo Stand, DisplayPort Cable, Power Adapter, and USB-C Cable are included. It comes packaged in the original box, which may show signs of distress.
For functionality, this item comes with a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent.
If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.
If an item needs to be returned due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, images may need to be sent through the member to member communication system.
Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.
The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
