A note about the hood: All of the Electron Blue CRT monitors of this era came with a detachable hood, but it is very rare to find one listed these days. The hood is attached to the monitor with a series of Velcro circles and easy to take on and off. The hood itself if blue on the outside and a matte non-reflective black on the inside. This hood shows some discoloration on the inside due to the old Velcro tabs disintegrating over the years, but the discoloration is not visible when mounted on the monitor as that part overlaps the body of the display. I am including new Velcro circles for the purchaser to attach once they receive the item.

Please note:This is an old school CRT monitor with lots of manual controls (menu buttons and screen menus are shown in the photos). It does take a bit of adjusting to get it looking it's best. Also, by nature old CRTs don't have the sharpest text (if you are used to modern monitors) rather they really shine with visual imagery. So in the end, Know what you are buying. Thanks!
