Important Connection Rules: 1. Connect your monitor via a standard male-to-male HDMI cable; reverse HDMI to USB-C adapter cables are NOT supported. 2. Your device’s USB-C port must support DP Alt Mode (Full-Function/Thunderbolt port). Charging-only Type-C ports on phones cannot output video signals. 3. This KVM switch must be connected directly to your host device. Do not daisy-chain it through any docking station or hub, or you will encounter black screen & no signal issues.
