This is a factory installed 2TB version of the Legion Go. A Microcenter exclusive in partnership with Lenovo. Since Lenovo doesn’t sell these in the 2TB option they had to be manually opened to perform the upgrade. So there is a slight possibility the seal may be broken. They are still considered new and Microcenter sells them as new in this way.

It includes Lenovos warranty as well which can be registered at setup. All warranty related issues must be directed to Lenovo.
