This laptop can power on and operate. However, for some reason I can’t figure out, the fans will run very loudly. Before completely reinstalling windows, the fans would not work at all. I cannot guarantee that they will even remain functional. The keyboard works, but sometimes will randomly decide to not work upon booting up. This however can be fixed by hard resetting via holding the power button for especially long. If the keyboard gives you problems down the line, this is your warning. Can always use an external.

My recommendation is to buy this for parts, if you are knowledgeable enough about computers to salvage them. I am not and for that reason, I am selling it.
