PLEASENOTE: The internal speakers of thislaptop are NOT working.
ThisT410 laptop has the typical, very high build quality of the business-classThinkPad line.It features an Intel i5-540M CPU and a nice, bright 1440x 900 display in excellent condition with no hot or dead pixels or any otherimperfections, which is driven by an NVIDIA NVS 3100M GPU. It also has a newKingston 240 GB Solid State Drive (SSD), 8 GB of RAM, a very good workingbattery, the legendary ThinkPad keyboard, and a very good used HGST 500 GB harddrive in the UltraBay for extra storage. It will also come with an optical drive (for reading and writing CDs andDVDs) that can be swapped into the UltraBay in place of the storage hard drivein just seconds with no tools. I am quite franklyamazed by how well this computer runs the latest version of Windows 11 Pro -- itis quick and responsive, and will be ready to use by its new owner right out ofthe shipping box.

Thebuilt-in Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 AGN wireless adapter works flawlesslyon both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. The T410 also has a standard Ethernet networkport on the left side for a wired connection.
Thislaptop came to me in very nice cosmetic condition, but I replaced the battery, installeda new Kingston 240 GS SSD, and upgraded the RAM from 4 to 8 GB and added theHGST hard drive in an UltraBay Tray. Asusual, I also applied a fresh coat of Arctic MX-4 thermal compound to the CPUto help it run cooler and cleaned the computer inside and out.
Ithen installed Windows 11 Pro version 25H2 64-Bit (which is digitallyactivated) and all available driver and system updates from Microsoft andLenovo. After all the hardware upgrades and software installations, I thoroughlytested the computer including the battery and all ports and features.
Aboutthe Battery:most sellers on do not take the time to test batteries, but I always do afull rundown test to make sure they are in good condition before I offer alaptop for sale. This laptop has a good, used Lenovo OEM battery that stillholds over 86% of its design capacity and my testing shows that when starting with afull charge, it will run this laptop for about 5 - 6 hours (depending on how it isused of course).
Forsake of completeness
Thereare some minor signs of prior use including some light scuffs and marks on theouter case. However, there is nothingbroken (other than the internal speakers), missing, or cracked, the overallcondition is excellent, and the screen, keyboard, and TrackPad are almost likenew. Please see the pictures I have included in this listing, all ofwhich are of this T410 and are not stock pictures.
