Vintage Lenovo ThinkPad T60 laptop, Type 2007-66U.

This ThinkPad has been tested. Windows XP Professional SP3 has been freshly installed, and the T60 Tools CD has been copied to the hard drive for convenient access to the original utilities and software.

It is equipped with an Intel Core Duo T2500 2.0GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and a 120GB hard drive.

Testing

The laptop has been tested and is working properly. HDDScan testing of the hard drive showed all green results. The display, keyboard, touchpad/TrackPoint, optical drive, USB ports, audio, Ethernet and wireless networking were tested.

Cosmetic Condition

This is a used vintage laptop and has cosmetic wear from age and use. The exterior lid has scratches, scuffs and small marks. The A and S keys show noticeable wear. The PCMCIA card-slot cover is missing, and there is a loose plastic trim piece near the hinge.

BIOS Serial Number

The serial number stored in the BIOS does not match the serial number printed on the laptop's identification label. This does not affect the tested operation of the laptop but is disclosed for accuracy.

Battery

Lenovo Power Manager reports the battery condition as “Good.” Battery life will vary depending on use and settings. Due to the age of the battery, no guarantee is made regarding battery runtime or future battery life. Please see the battery test photo for the reported condition and capacity.

Windows XP is an obsolete operating system and is no longer supported by Microsoft. Because of its age, it should not be considered secure for normal Internet use.
