One of the fans has some rattling to it. the other 8 fans are still in working condition. Rattling fan will be labeled with tape.Comes with 9 fans 3 Connector cables and the controller hub. hub is missing one cable but it isn't crucial for the fans to function. That cable is only necessary if you want to control the fan speed in bios. Fan speed and RGB can still be configured in Lian Li's L-Connect 3 Software.
