Working directly with us on issues often results in a quick return, partial money back or exchange for another product in our store. If item is as it was described and you still want to return, you may or may not be charged a restock fee of 20%.

If you have your own freight service you'd like to use, that works great as well since we have a full loading dock and can pallet shipments anytime to be ready to go. 2. Is the type of delivery location a Business or Residence?

3. If there is a loading dock, are you able to receive pallets easily?
