If your business or residence is unable to accept shipments between 8 am and 6 pm local time then you must provide a reachable cell number for the carrier to schedule an appointment to deliver. Residential address delivery of freight items will result in a surcharge. If your address requires a lift-gate for delivery (meaning if you don\'t have a loading dock or a forklift) there will be a surcharge. Feel free to ask for detailed shipping quotes prior to your purchase.

You are welcome to arrange freight shipping with your preferred carrier and provide us the necessary paperwork for pickup. If you choose this route, we will charge between $50 and $100 for the labor and materials necessary to pack the item safely.
