Vintage lot of three (3) 30-pin SIMM memory modules, each with a 256KB capacity (768KB total combined capacity).These are 3-chip parity modules featuring premium Micron MT4C4256DJ DRAM integrated circuits paired with an NMB Semiconductor parity logic controller. These were pulled from working equipment years ago and have been safely stored in a climate-controlled, anti-static environment since. They are ideal for restoring vintage 286, 386, 486, or classic Macintosh retro systems that require 30-pin infrastructure.
