This listing is for a Lot of Four (4) Non-Working Powerbook G3 Laptop batteries, for PARTS/REPAIRThey are for the Pismo and Lombard models (not Wallstreet).Pictures are of batteries for sale. Two are non-Apple as shown, but are made for the Powerbook G3 Pismo and Lombard.I've many times in the past used similar dead batteries by searching for good Li ion cells within them. I separated them and tested small groups of cells to be charged, and if a group did not I'd separate all the cells of that group and tried to charge each.I used a regular DC 4 volt adapter.
I use the good cells to power Laser Pointers (second picture), Flashlights, and the older portable CD players.Recently I made a 12 volt power pack to put in my car for possible use if my car battery is low.
They can also be used as filler for filling the side bays of vintage laptops you may be selling (perhaps after removing the batteries).
