Pins 5 & 10 are soldered together
Pin hole diameter on the header size is . 5mm, like on a 2. 5" PATA laptop hard drive connector, NOT like the . 65mm on a 3. 5" PATA hard drive connector
These may work for motherboard or graphics cards that have a VGA header, depending on the size of the pin and the pinout
