Laptops are customer returns from a secondhand store and have issues including but not limited to: charging issues, bad battery, bad speaker, won't activate, password lock, management lock, account lock, cracked screen/camera, screen burn. Individual devices' issues are not known, too many devices to test all. Some tablets may have issues not listed above. Devices have varying degrees of wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, and cracks. See pictures. Comes with 7 chargers. Read below for list of device models.

We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST, we typically ship and answer all our questions during these times. All items will be packaged and promptly shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. If you need a quicker shipment than priority mail, contact us about a shipping upgrade.
Returns are easy. Most items have a 14 - 30 day return policy with the exception of As Is & Parts/repair items. Simply open a return request and we can get you taken care of.
