I am the only owner and it works perfectly. It is in like new condition. I am only selling because I upgraded my internet service and this unit was not compatible with my new service so I had to go with a different setup. This is DOCSIS 3.0 and will not work with 1GB internet service. You probably should check with your internet provider to see if this unit is compatible with your service before buying. Includes original box, power adaptor, ethernet cable and setup manuals. I have already done the factory reset so it is good to go and ready for you to setup fresh.
