Customerindemnifies and holds harmless Sector Supply LC, its owners, members,shareholders, affiliates, agents, employees, executives, and contractors, fromand against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses,including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) brought by thirdparties or the Customer’s own employees caused by, or arising from, any (a)negligent act or omission of the Customer, (b) failure of Customer to performits own contractual obligations or satisfy its own legal requirements, including,but not limited to, those pertaining to import/export restrictions,environmental compliance, and safety; and (c) Customer’sunauthorized modification, alteration, upgrading or labeling of products.
