We process same-day orders as long as they are placed BEFORE 12:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Advertised shipping rates are ONLY applicable to addresses in the contiguous 48 states and via Ground shipping; Free shipping may not be applicable to PO Box addresses especially on relatively heavy (3+ lbs.) items
Alaska, Hawaii, and USA territories will cost the same on most small items (under 2 lbs.), but will cost extra for heavier items (3+ lbs.), so please make sure to ask us ahead of making your purchase

Computers of Houston's Refund Policy
We include a 30 day return policy on the entire item from the day of the purchase. If the item malfunctions within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us immediately for assistance and a solution.
If you suspect your item is defective, please contact us via message before initiating a return request. We do pay for return shipping if the item is defective or isn't the item you purchased. However, if you simply do not like the item we will not pay for return shipping, that should be covered at your own expense. Please be aware that any returned items that exhibit signs of tampering or damage such as removal of an item, or replacement of hardware pieces will be reported to and you will be blocked from making future transactions.
