Works great, used for about 8 months came out of my old build ended up swapping to X3D series CPU and didnt fit my new build.I believe the screws are for INTEL only MOBOS but I could be wrong. Everything I used came off my intel CPU so the pictures is what you will receive. I do not have any other screws/mounts if it is different for AMD. I do not have the original box.I ship within one business day.
