These units have been tested and do power on/function when connected to a power source using a micro USB cable, even without a battery installed.

Please note: some units may have rubberized “soft-touch” exterior coating wear/degradation. Because of this, some may feel slightly sticky/tacky to the touch and may show cosmetic wear, scuffs, dust residue, or discoloration. This is not from a spill or unknown substance on the device — it is a common issue with this type of rubberized coating as it ages. The finish can often be improved with cleaning, but heavy cleaning may remove some or all of the original coating.

Unit is used and may show normal cosmetic wear from previous use. Condition may vary slightly between units, but all are in similar used working condition.
