This appears brand new and open box, just needs an ethernet cable. Looks like it got changed out for an extra adapter for some reason. Unit appears unused but some of the plastic covering has been removed and lastly there is a tear in the box as pictured. Please make sure this is the correct one you need before making your purchase.
