This was pulled out of our personal network from a smoke-free home.  A compatible third-party A/C adapter is included, but the router is missing one of the rubber feet on the bottom. There are no mounting holes, so it will sit out-of-balance unless the other feet are removed or the missing foot is replaced. However, this obviously does not affect its operation in any way.  The unit's settings have been reset to their original factory configuration and it has been cleaned and sanitized.  Refer to the listing images for detailed visuals on the item's external condition.

Note that we pack and ship using recycled materials but that your merchandise will be very well protected on its journey to you.  We are offering a thirty-day defect warranty on this item (buyer pays return shipping) as we know it worked when the listing was created.  If additional photos or details are needed, please let us know and if possible we will add to the listing. If there is an issue with the item other than what is listed here, contact us within the thirty-day return window so that we may work with you on possible troubleshooting steps.  If we feel there is an operational problem, we will honor the warranty and either replace or refund your purchase within ten days of receiving the returned item once we confirm that there is an issue and that the item is in a non-working state, pursuant to the standard return policy.  We stand by what we sell.

Understand, however, that we have no control over the shipping speed once we hand off your item to the shipper, nor can we control the tracking number updates.  We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail but we will on occasion and at our discretion ship using FedEx or USPS Parcel Select Ground.  No shipping refunds will be offered if an item does not arrive on time, unless the item arrives thirty days past the estimated delivery date.  If you are an international buyer and your country is not on the approved list of countries within the Global Shipping Program, you can determine the shipping charges by using the item measurements in this listing.  Do not ask nor expect us to do that research for you. We do not ship to Brazil.
