RETURN POLICY
Return Notice:
1. Please confirm the item is exactly one you need. If the buyer bought a wrong item, not need the item, can not install the item, or any other customer reasons return, buyer need to pay for the return shipping and 15% of payment for the seller charge(Example: shipping fee, Restocking fee, Handling charges and so on.)
2. Do not install the item immediately after received.Please try to check the item function by just plug the flex connector to your phone firstly.
3.Please make sure to test it first. Determining quality is fine, work properly, no scratches and then installed.Once after installed, would no longer accept returns. Thank you for your cooperation!
4.If return our goods back, please pack it well ,to prevent product been damaged while shipping.

1.Make an unpacking video ,an install video and a testing Video while you received our package. If the screen have any problem , such as screen been broken, screen can not work normally. Send us those videos link as evidence ,after checked , we will change for you .
2.If any other customer reasons, also can contact us for return .we will help you. but you need to pay for the return shipping and 15% of payment for the seller charge.
