Listing Update...This is not so much an update as it is a brief comment about the computers and related parts I have available for sale. Personal computers (and in particular desktop computers) have always been a hobby of mine. I've enjoyed tinkering with this stuff over the years and have accumulated a number of items during this time...some new and some used. I am not an expert on the subject...more of an enthusiast...but I will still do my best to answer any questions as it relates to my computer related listings. Thank you.

This offering is for a new PHANTEKS ENTHOO PRO M SERIES mid-tower computer case. As you can see from the pictures, the case is all black (except for the white fan blades on the pre-installed case fans). It's a mid-tower case and would be considered an entry-level case by PHANTEKS standards. Although, PHANTEKS does not make cheap/entry-level cases relative to many other manufacturers. So it's not a stretch to say this is a good quality case. I especially like the removable bracket at the top of the case that allows for clean mounting of fans or a radiator. Then there is the rare (by today's standards) 5 1/4" drive bay at the top/front of the case. I also like the full-sized tempered glass side panel, a vented power supply shroud with a removable plate towards the front of the case to increase/improve cooling options and up to four (4) optional storage brackets (not included, but can be ordered separately) that will effectively double the storage bays/mounts available. One word of caution with respect to these brackets, from the images I have viewed online, it appears they may limit airflow/cooling options at the front of the case. So its a possible trade-off, and just want to be upfront and honest about this concern. Even without these brackets, storage options are still respectable. There are two internal 3.5" drive bays, two internal 2.5" drive mounts (although, one of the brackets is not included in this stock configuration and would have to be ordered separately) and seven expansion slots. Finally, I want to mention a few words about the 12-volt RGB LED cable/connectors. There are no LED strips factory installed or included in the small accessories box, but there are two proprietary PHANTEKS 12-volt RGB LED connectors on one cable that originates from the upper right corner of the backside of the case. There is also a LED controller button on the front/side of the case that will control any 12-volt RGB LEDs plugged into the aforementioned cable/connectors. Please keep in mind these connectors are proprietary to PHANTEKS 12-volt RGB LED products (light LED strips), but you can also buy adapter cables that will plug into a PHANTEKS proprietary connector on one end and offer a standard 12-volt (4-pin) RGB LED connector on the other end. Finally, the power source for these LED connectors is a separate SATA cable/connector (male) that originates from this same upper right corner. So just plug this cable/connector into one of the SATA cable/connectors (female) from your power supply and that will power up any 12-volt RGB LEDs plugged into either (or both) of the other connectors.

Having said all of the above, I thought it might also be helpful if I shared a spec. sheet of sorts that highlights some of the primary computer case features:

• Basic Description (type/color): Mid-tower with a ventilated top, bottom, rear and front panel/bezel (black color inside and out)

• Case Material: mostly steel with a windowed (tempered glass) side panel

• Motherboard Compatibility: ATX, Micro ATX and Mini ITX

• Dimensions (H x W x D): 18.90" x 9.25" x 19.70"

• Weight: 15.4 lbs.

• Front Panel Ports: two blue USB Type-A (3.2 Gen 1 running at 5 Gb/s), an audio input (microphone), an audio output (speaker/headphone) and a 12-volt RGB LED button...there is also an on/off button with a LED Two 3.5" drive bays/mounts (for hard drives), two 2.5" drive bays/mounts (although, one of the brackets is not included in this stock configuration and would have to be ordered separately) and seven expansion slots.

• Fan Options: Front (3 x 120 mm w/o drive cage and 2 x120 mm w/drive cage or 2 x 140 mm / one included), top (3 x 120 mm or 2 x 140 mm) and rear (1 x 120 mm or 1 x 140 mm / Options (max size): Front (360 mm or 280 mm w/o drive cage), top (360 mm or 280 mm w/o drive bay) and rear (140 mm)

• Other: There is a removable filter on the bottom of the case (under which the power supply fan will be positioned). This will need to be removed and cleaned periodically to keep good (cool) airflow entering into the power supply unit.

In terms of condition, this is a new case and will be shipped in it's original boxes (there are two of them for extra protection) with all the factory foam packing to ensure safe transit. I can also confirm the case still has it's full compliment of accessories in a small box (and is visible in one of the pictures above). So again, it's effectively a new case, but I am calling it an open box offering, because of it's brief history out of the box (when I inspected it and then took the pictures uploaded above).

Note to domestic customers regarding oversized package shipping...
For domestic packages, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery Service generally offers the lowest ground shipping rate for oversized packages in the continental US (i.e., the "Lower 48"). My domestic shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories are much higher. It's also worth noting if cost is not as much of an issue (or if you prefer US Postal Services "USPS" over FedEx), then USPS Priority Mail service is generally the most timely of the domestic shipping options.

Note to international customers regarding oversized package shipping...
International shipping requirements vary for larger packages (including size limitations from country to country). As a result, international customers should contact us before purchasing larger items. We are then able to research shipping options to determine if we are able to ship a particular oversized item to your country and then provide an accurate shipping quote. This way we will avoid any confusion or misunderstanding with respect to international shipping of oversized packages.

Note to international customers regarding customs...
We also apologize to those that feel their country import taxes, duties and brokerage fees are excessive. As a small US business, we are required by customs' laws to declare each order as a retail sale.
