We want you to be completely happy withyour purchase but in case you are not entirely satisfied with yourpurchase, you may return the product within 30 days from date ofpurchase.
All returns are subject to industry standard 15%restocking fee and shipping fees are non-refundable. For items which weoffer free shipping, standard shipping charges will be deducted from anyrefund.
All unwanted products must be returned complete and in its original packaging.
Productreturns bring about unavoidable shipping costs charged by freightcarriers. These charges are entirely independent from Cybershop-1.
Allproducts only have warranty within the USA. Manufacturer's warranty and Cybershop-1's 30-day return/exchange policy will be voided if product isshipped out of US.
Return Process
