This pen grabber is use for three types of vertical cutting machines: Graphtec CE2000-120AP, CE3000-120AP, and CE5000-120AP.
Fault description:
1. Unable to grasp the pen; It may be necessary to adjust the spacing between the pens, or the pen gripper may be broken.
2. The order of using knives and pens is reversed; Perhaps the pen grabber is broken, the pen is not properly placed, or the tip length is incorrect.
3. Display 'PAPER CUT ERROR'; it may be that the blade is too blunt to cut the paper, or the pen gripper is broken and the pen is not placed back on the fixed end.Replacement precautions:
