1. Please use a sponge when mounting a thin (7mm etc.) HDD / SSD.
2. 12.5mm HDD / SSD is not recommended for this product.
3. If you don't know whether your computer supports UASP or not, please check your system model. Supported systems: WIN8 / WIN10 / MAC OS 8 & 9 or higher.
4. The actual transfer speed depends on the operating environment, PC conditions and hard drive.
5. If using a new hard drive, you can partition and format the hard disk before using it.
