Shipping,warranty and returns:Shipping:All items are shipped first class. Once an item is delivered to the address provided it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. If returning a item for a reason below it is recommended you use original packaging material if still in good condition or similar to avoid damage during return shipment.
Returns info: For proper handling of a return contact us through messages first before returning any parts. Buyer will always be responsible for return shipping. Returns that are DOA (dead on arrival) parts, can be returned for a full refund within the first 14 days only. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items. A return will be accepted within the first 14 days, all returns must be original part provided. All parts are stamped or have a security label to protect against fraud. Any parts returned to us with a missing our security label or with a tampered or partial label will not receive a refund and will have to pay us via paypal to have the part shipped back if they want it. Parts that have been installed or damaged during installation will not be accepted for return. All parts will be tested before returns are processed to ensure proper functioning. Seller will not be liable for parts damaged during shipment.
Warranty info: For proper handling of a warranty claim contact us through messages first before returning any parts. A 14 day warranty is provided on all parts starting on the day it was received. Buyer will be required to ship us the defective part and once tested a replacement will be sent out. Warranty will cover defects in the part itself. Warranty will not cover normal wear and tear along with any physical damage as described below.
Warranty does not cover following physical damage to the item, which includes but is not limited too:a) Dropping the device that results in damage to the part.
b) Water damaged or liquid exposure.
c) Exposure to hot and cold temperature.
d) Reckless misuse and neglect of the item.
e) Installation of third party software.
