• PARAMETER ADJUSTMENT & CALIBRATION:​ The Quench-Polish-Quench (QPQ) hardened steel nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance. Its thermal conductivity is lower than that of standard brass or copper nozzles. To compensate for the heat transfer impact, the printing temperature needs to be increased by 5°C to 15°C compared to standard nozzles (e.g., if PLA prints best at 200°C, adjust it to 205°C–215°C). Before printing, always re-tighten the bottom black nozzle. Since replacing the nozzle alters the thermodynamics of the hotend, please send the PID calibration command (usually M303 E0 S210 C5) via the printer screen or console to recalibrate and save the data.
