• When you will ship my product?

We ship the same business day all orders placed before 3PM PST.

Orders that were placed after 3PM PST will be shipped next business day.

• I don't need this product anymore, can I return it?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on PCBs due to them being electrical sensitive devices.

• Hard drive spins, but not recognized by computer, will PCB solve my problem?

In most cases if hard drive spins, then problem is not in PCB

• Wrongfully ordered product returns require a 20% restocking fee.Buyer pays return shipping. If you use an shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount
