This riser is for PCIe M Key type M2 SSD only (NVMe or AHCI).
The internal part will be housed in the M2 E, A or E+A Key location. It is in 2230 format and will therefore adapt to all formats (2230, 2242, 2260, 2280, 22110), and has the E+A key.
The external part has a 16x type PCIe connector.
The two parts are connected by a 20cm flexible armored tablecloth.
For PCIe Gen 3.0: does not affect the performance of the M2 port or its type (PCIe Gen 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 etc...).
Power supply on the PCIe plate via floppy connector (15 point/floppy SATA adapter supplied).
Supplied with screwdriver and hardware for fixing the M2 EA Key part on the dedicated location.
