If the cartridges are defective, please contact us through and we will refund/replace your items as per your preference - upon receipt of the defective goods.
The return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.

ColoWorld strives to ensure that all prices, product descriptions, and printer compatibilities on are accurate, but errors can occur. If we identify an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.
If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount.
Return policy for defective items
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that do not correspond to the order, are damaged or defective, or have a different quantity, Carooble will at its discretion compensate for any shortages or non-delivery, replace defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the relevant goods, provided that you notify us in writing of the issue within 30 working days of delivery of the goods. If you have received a defective item, please contact us and provide your name, sales invoice number, and a description of the defect. If we are unable to rectify the defect, we will provide you with a free return address and detailed instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement or, if desired, issue a refund.
