Extend Your Ethernet Connection Through Your Electrical System

This device is designed for areas where thick walls block Ethernet connections, and where routers or range extenders do not work. It is compatible with all powerline adapters.

Key Features:

• AV1000 Speeds Up to 750 Feet: Powered by HomePlug AV2, it delivers AV1000 powerline speeds through existing electrical wiring. Note that speeds cannot exceed your internet plan's limit and may vary due to wiring quality, distance, and interference.
• Ideal for Multi-Story Homes: Perfect for basements, attics, and garages.
• Check Before You Buy: Adapters must be plugged directly into wall outlets on the same electrical circuit. They do not work with power strips, surge protectors, or extension cords. Keep away from large appliances like washing machines and refrigerators.
• Advisory: Performance may be limited in homes with AFCI breakers, common in many homes built after 2000. Powerline may also not work with routers using modified or non-standard firmware.
• Gigabit Port: Provides secure wired networks for desktops, smart TVs, or gaming consoles. Ethernet cables are included.
• Cybersecurity Commitment: This device is designed, built, and maintained with advanced security as a core requirement.
• Plug Pair & Play: Set up the two included powerline adapters for a secure Powerline network without new wires or configuration required. Must be installed in sets of two or more.
• Power Saving Mode: Automatically reduces power consumption by up to 85 percent, which may affect powerline performance.

Please note that the TL-PA7017 KIT does not have Wi-Fi capabilities.
