Up for sale is a stunning, high-grade IBM Server Board featuring the legendary IBM 93ZZ Multi-Chip Module (MCM) architecture. This board was pulled from a decommissioned enterprise-level IBM server (RS/6000 or AS/400 series) and is a prime example of late 90s/early 2000s high-performance computing.
Technical Specs & Condition
Main Processor: IBM 93ZZ / 40N1844 PQ 1 (Dual-Die MCM).
Secondary Chips: Two additional high-grade white ceramic IBM processors.
Weight: 1.1 lbs (approx. 500g) of premium, high-density server-grade components.
Physical Condition: Excellent. No visible damage to the ceramic substrates. The silicon dies are exposed and show beautiful prismatic colors under direct light.
