Cosmetic issues include peeling earpad pleather and a spot on the headband missing some pleather from where a sticker was placed and removed.
The right speaker cuts in and out if the cable is adjusted/moved around the inline volume controls. Otherwise, it produces sound and functions as intended, as long as the volume is not adjusted via the inline control. Sometimes the volume control wheel will "free spin" and not catch on the sensor and adjust the volume up or down.
