SHIPPING and HANDLING

Handling Time - Our handling time is set to three business days. However, most packages are sent same day, depending on when the payment is received.

We ship packages Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays, within USPS working hours.

Calculated Shipping- Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We ship via USPS.

Combined Invoices - We will combine shipping if purchases can be safely combined. Combined invoices are sent Monday - Friday within USPS working items are shipped with insurance. For any items over $50.00, there will be an additional insurance fee included with is expected at the close of sale unless an agreement is made prior to sale close. 

Non-Paying buyers - Unpaid item cases are opened after three days of non-payment. Non-paying buyers will be blocked from future transactions.

Cancelled Transactions - In the event a winning buyer requests to cancel a sale, they will be blocked from future />

On these items, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Items must be received in original condition within 30 days of sale end.

Shill offerding - If a buyer appears to be offerding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate offers, they will be blocked from future offerding and reported.

RETURNS

Returns are only available on clothing and shoes. 

Buyer is responsible for shipping return fees. Item must be received in original/unused condition. Refund will be issued promptly after seller receives the item and determines that the criteria is met.
