Rosewill Rise Custom painted black plastic panel. Panel was badly scratched and was painted black, otherwise the case is in good shape, maybe a bit dusty, if you do not like the look, the panel comes off very easily, just pull the little tabs and it comes right off and can be customized and/or Rosewill may send a replacement if you call customer service. Ships in original box and has all the components it came with plus 3 extra fans as shown in the picture. Great budget pc case. As far as I know the case works, it is just a little beat up and I need to move inventory so it is being sold cheaply.
