Please confirm your printer model before purchasing. The manufacturer notes that when a 711 printhead is replaced, unused ink cartridges should be fitted so the printer recognizes the new head.
Condition
Open box. The retail box has been opened and carries warehouse labels. The printhead is in its clear clamshell with the orange protective cap in place; the gold electrical contacts and circuit board are intact.
Ink residue is present on the printhead body and nozzle plate and is visible in the photos. The unit has not been tested by us - we have no compatible plotter on hand - so print performance is not verified. It is sold as an open-box remanufactured part, as pictured.
