* TTG store ships to the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO & FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

RETURN POLICY
- All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned products must be 100% complete and returned in the same condition as received.This includes all packaging material, instruction booklets, packing inserts, warranty cards etc.
- New factory sealed items are not eligible for return or refund if the original packaging has been opened.TTG will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product. Any shipping cost is non-refundable. All non-defective items must be returned to TTG within seven (7) days. Customer is responsible for all return shipping, packaging costs, risk of loss, damage to returned products. Returns must be double boxed. No returns will be accepted without proper packaging.
- Returns can take up to 7 working days from the date of receipt to process.
