2. Return Policy - Buyer must contact Sun HardwareResale first before returning item(s). Items must be returned in originalcondition with all included parts as was received. Buyer is responsible forreturn shipping costs. If buyer receives item in damaged condition not describedin the listing, DOA or other error made by Sun Hardware Resale, then SunHardware Resale will pay for return shipping costs.
3. Restocking Fees: Items returned that are determinedto be in working order will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $10,(whichever is greater) and shipping will not be refunded. We will not acceptany item that is damaged in return shipping. The shipment will be refused backto the Buyer and Buyer will need to issue a claim with the freight company.
4. Terms & Policies- We currently accepts all majorcredit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. You then maychoose to pay through PayPal or by credit card over the phone. For otherpayment options, please contact us.
5. Sales Tax- Washington State Sales tax of 9.8%applies to all sales within the state.
6. Shipping- We offer Worldwide Shipping!Domestic premium services are also offered such as Next Day and, 2nd Daydeliveries. Items will ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Some larger items may shipvia freight services. If you have a UPS or FedEx account and would like to useit instead, please contact us. For all orders paid by Electronic Checks, orderswill ship out after the payment has cleared through our bank. Shipping ratesand services are based on per item.
7. Warranty- all of our used and refurbishedhardware will come with a standard 90 day warranty. All hardware is fullytested with Validation Test Suite.
