• Does installing the SUNLU AMS Heater affect the AMS compatibility or performance?

  No, the installation process is non-destructive and requires no internal modification. It simply replaces the original lid, keeping your AMS safe and intact.

• Can it be used with AMS Lite or other AMS versions?

  SUNLU AMS Heater is designed exclusively for the Bambu Lab AMS Gen 1 and is not compatible with AMS Lite or other brands’ automatic material systems.

• Will the AMS Heater affect the AMS feeding motor or cause overheating?

  No. The unique dual-airflow design keeps heat concentrated in the filament area, ensuring safe operation without impacting the AMS motor.

• Does the AMS heater need an additional power source?

  Yes. The SUNLU AMS Heater is powered by its own power adapter (included in the package) and does not draw power from the AMS unit itself.

• What’s included in the package?
