Samsung PM1733 7.68TB U.2 NVMe — controller alive, no namespace (FTL project / parts)

Working PM1733 until three rapid power cuts. Classic FTL/metadata panic: the ASIC still enumerates, the host never gets a usable LBA range.

This is a project / parts listing, not a working 7.68 TB SSD. We do not have Samsung factory tools or time to chase a remap, so it is leaving as-is.

• No format, attach, or sanitize was completed after the failed create-ns

What this is good for

• Lab bench: NVMe-MI / Identify / SMART on a still-present Eagle-class controller
• Someone who already owns Samsung DC / OEM FAE tooling and wants a known-bad SN
• Parts: U.2 shell, label, board (we did not open the case)

What this is not

• Not a drop-in 7.68 TB disk
