GPU has been tested and passes stress tests and generally works as expected. However the following issues are present:


One or more fans is either not spinning at all, or locked to 100%. Utility software will not display fan sensors or allow fan controls. We have already tried replacing the fans, and the problem persists. Therefore we believe that the fan controller is malfunctioning. Even if one or more fans still spin, it is likely that total failure of fans and fan control are imminent. Please only purchase this card if you are prepared to change the cooler to one that is powered and controlled externally.
