Local Pickup

• Local customers within 30 miles of our office can arrange for warehouse pick-up by schedule. We are in Corona, Riverside County, online orders are shipped via Ground service.
• If your order ships with UPS or FedEx, no signature will be required upon delivery.
• If your order ships by Motor Freight (Truck), the standard shipping rate applies to Dock-to-Dock delivery at a commercial address.

Please note:

• If you require any additional services—such as a liftgate (to lower the product from the truck to the ground), residential delivery, inside delivery, White Glove service, call before delivery, or any other optional service—you must contact us before placing your order to receive a customized shipping quote.
• If a delivery is attempted and refused because an optional service was not purchased in advance, you will be responsible for round-trip freight charges and any applicable restocking accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition; restocking fees may apply.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
