Carrier & Handling:We ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and US holidays. Most orders completed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Expedited shipping options (FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day Air) are available upon request prior to purchase.
Direct Signature Required:Due to the high value of this equipment ($750+), delivery requires an Adult/Direct Signature Confirmation upon arrival in accordance with Seller Protection policy.
Verified Addresses Only:We ship strictly to the confirmed delivery address linked to your order at checkout. We cannot modify the destination address after purchase.
Insurance:All shipments include full transit insurance and carrier tracking.
30-Day Defective Coverage:Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective items.
Serial Number & Component Logging:All chassis serial numbers, MAC addresses, and individual hard drive serial numbers and SMART health reports are documented and logged into the order record prior to shipment. Tamper-evident security seals may be applied across drive caddies and chassis seams.
Return Conditions:Any authorized return must include the complete bundle: both 1U chassis (RS818RP+ and RX418), all original power cables, eSATA cable, drive trays, and all eight original matching hard drives. Items must be returned in the original custom foam packaging or equivalent protective materials.
Inspection & Refund Processing:Returned packages undergo physical inspection and serial verification within 48 hours of receipt. Any returned shipments missing components, containing altered/swapped drives, or damaged due to improper return packaging will be reported to and may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount.
