The Original Vintage TEAC FD-55GFR 5.25-inch floppy disk drive from the 1st days of the computer revolution. When it all started these big 5 1/4 drives help a whopping 1.2mb of data. To do this they wrote on both sides of the floppy drive and boy where they stow writers and readers. But they were all we had, and we were using freaking computers, so they rocked. It is an Internal drive that is designed for full size desktops. As a special Bonus I am including 2 original program disc and 1 blank disk. Due to the age and the fact that I cannot actually test this drive. It's being sold "As-Is". This is mainly for computer hardware collectors who are looking to add to their own Computer Museum. Also included is a head protector locking guide to protect the drive while in transport, since these drives did not auto lock. You put in the cardboard disc and then physically lock the drive down onto the card, thus securing the heads.
