This is a used 108Mbps Wireless Super G PCI Adapter, model TEW-443PI (Version A1.1R). I used it in a former entertainment set-top box that I have retired. This was operating when removed, and was dissembled for storage. It will ship with the circuit board in a static bag, and the hardware (mounting plate, screws, antenna) in a separate bag. Drivers etc. are still very much available online.
